These terms cover eligibility, verification, rates, transaction risks, client responsibilities and service limitations.
Eligibility and acceptance
Services are available only to eligible clients and transactions accepted by BuyBitcoinLeb. Availability may depend on identity, location, transaction type, amount, asset, network, settlement method and compliance requirements.
Own-account and own-wallet requirement
The account, wallet, app or exchange involved must belong to and be controlled by the client. Anonymous or unknown third-party transactions are not accepted.
KYC and AML
Identity verification and risk-based AML checks apply. BuyBitcoinLeb may request additional information, delay, refuse or cancel a request.
Rates and final confirmation
Website calculators and market prices are estimates or references. The final rate, amount, asset, network, address, payment and settlement instructions are confirmed before completion.
Irreversible transactions
Cryptocurrency transfers are generally irreversible. The client must verify the asset, contract, network, address and recipient before transferring.
Client responsibilities
The client must provide accurate information, follow confirmed instructions, secure accounts and wallets, use official channels and avoid sharing secret credentials.
No financial advice or trading on behalf
BuyBitcoinLeb does not provide financial or investment advice and does not trade on behalf of clients.
Service refusal or cancellation
BuyBitcoinLeb may refuse, suspend or cancel a transaction for compliance, security, operational, liquidity, legal or risk reasons.
Liability limitations
To the extent permitted by law, BuyBitcoinLeb is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect addresses, incompatible networks, third-party services, market movements, client error, scams, compromised accounts or events outside reasonable control.
